Anime Las Vegas 2025!

My third year at ALV! I recently acquired a filter at the recommendation of a rather talented professional photographer! It’s a mist filter that gives everything a glow. To my surprise it really did bring a softness I liked! As I finetune my process for taking the photos, I feel like I’m developing my own style.

Also this year went so differently than the rest, not just with the photography but with how I spent my time at the con. Since I first started taking photos 2 years ago I’ve managed to make some amazing friends and I feel like it’s all culminating into something wonderful! I’ve always been a little bit of an outcast so it’s almost surreal having my cosplay photography go from being a coping mechanism for social anxiety to an excuse to be part of an amazing community full of people I can’t wait to see again the moment a convention is over.
